What You’ll Own
You’ll have responsibility for developing and executing our entire marketing strategy, including:
- Google Business Profile optimization
- Online review strategy and reputation management
- Google Local Services Ads (LSAs)
- Pay-Per-Click campaign management and vendor oversight
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- AI Search Optimization (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and emerging platforms)
- Website management and ongoing improvements
- Social media strategy and content creation
- Email marketing campaigns
- Community outreach and local events
- Referral and customer loyalty programs
- Property manager and commercial partner communications
- Marketing analytics and reporting
- Brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
You’ll help us:
- Increase qualified leads
- Improve conversion rates
- Grow our online reputation

- Expand successfully into new markets
- Strengthen relationships with commercial and residential customers
