Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Account Associate to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist leads in providing customer service to groups and brokers.
- Assist leads in creating and delivering renewal information.
- Build relationships with key carrier and producer partners.
- Utilize databases to create documents and store information.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams as well as externally with our various partners.
Skills to be developed
- Proficiency in Medicare and group insurance.
- Analytical mindset to interpret sales data.
- Efficiency in word, outlook and excel.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
