Job Category: Surgical Room Cleaner (SRC)
Provides cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting rooms and furnishings in assigned work area according to established policies and procedures. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within Central Service preferred. Work under immediate supervision. Report to Surgical Services Manager. Maintains cleaning of the Surgical Services Department.
Located within 1-2 hours from Coeur d' Alene ID, Spokane WA, Montana border.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs terminal cleaning of specified areas as set in policy manual.
- Performs daily cleaning of the Surgery Department.
- Assists with operating room turn over in between scheduled cases.
- Cleaning and disinfecting surgical department, i.e. floors, fixtures, washrooms, linen.
- Transporting patients within the facility.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma, or equivalent.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer skills.
