Enrichment Partner (Caregiver, Adult Day Program)
Location: West Valley Life Enrichment Program – Peoria, AZ.
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr | Hourly, Non-Exempt. (Eff 01.01.2026 wage increases to $15.65hr)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM–3:30 PM. 20 hrs per week

What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable transportation or plans to relocate to Peoria/Sun City/Surprise area (relocation assistance not provided).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1-2 years’ experience supporting adults in day programs, group homes, or caregiving environments, especially with individuals experiencing dementia.
- Ability or willingness to obtain certifications including Fingerprint Clearance, CPR, TB/Chest X-Ray, Article 9, and Food Handler’s (we provide support for certification costs).
