About the Role:
We’re looking for a collaborative and organized leader to support the overall management and daily operations of Wirtzie’s Child Development Center. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Center Director to affirm the organization’s values, establish goals and performance standards, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, caring, and cost-effective early childhood programs. This is a full-time leadership role ideal for someone who is passionate about early education and thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

What We’re Looking For:
- Associate’s degree, including at least 12 college credits in Early Childhood Education or Child Development.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching in an early care and education classroom.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and interpersonal.
- Ability to navigate conflict resolution professionally and foster a positive work culture.
- Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to the Peoria/Sun City/Surprise, AZ area before starting (no relocation assistance provided).
- Must obtain or possess the following certifications (Benevilla assists with costs):
- Fingerprint Clearance Card
- CPR Certification
- Negative TB test or Chest X-ray
- Article 9 Certification
- Food Handler’s Certification
