This is a Remote Position :Must live in one of the states- AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, MD, MI ,MN, NC, NY, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TX, UT,LA
What You’ll Do
Assist with administering Retirement plans and other qualified retirement plans
Communicate with clients, financial advisors, and internal teams
Review plan data to ensure accuracy and compliance
Prepare annual plan reports and documentation
Help troubleshoot client questions and deliver excellent service
Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with strong attention to detail
Contribute to a team oriented, client focused environment
What We're Looking For
A bachelor’s degree, ASPPA credentials, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
If you’re a recent graduate or looking to start a new career in retirement plan administration, we’re happy to train you!
Great customer service skills — you’re comfortable communicating with clients, following up, and helping resolve issues.
Some understanding of retirement plan administration and IRS rules is helpful but not required if you’re eager to learn.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage several projects at once.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to present information clearly and respond to questions from clients and coworkers.
Comfortable collaborating with a team and also working independently.

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
