Boat Assembly Worker

Position Overview
Rec Boat Holdings is seeking a detail‑oriented and hands‑on Boat Assembly Worker to join our manufacturing team. This role plays a key part in building high‑quality boats by installing essential hardware and components with precision and care. No prior boat‑building experience is required—we will train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Install hull hardware, including:
- Drain plugs
- Transducers
- Bow and stern eyes
- Through‑hull fittings
- Carpeted boards
- Wire harnesses
- Cleats and other marine hardware
- Install gas tanks according to safety and production standards.
- Read and interpret production cards to ensure correct installation of all components.
- Accurately document parts, materials, and completed work.
- Work effectively in teams of 2–3 people to complete assigned tasks.
- Use small hand tools and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow instructions and work with minimal supervision once trained.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to company safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Ability to work with basic hand tools (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to read and understand production documents.
- Capable of working collaboratively in small team environments.
- Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision once trained.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required.
Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
