- Key Responsibilities: Engage with new and existing clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Manage and follow up on warm leads through calls and emails
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Attend regular training sessions and stay current on company offerings and best practices
