About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day accounting operations. You'll own the full bookkeeping cycle — from reconciliations to financial reporting — and serve as a key point of accuracy and accountability for our financial records.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform monthly bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports for management
- Process payroll and ensure timely, accurate payroll tax filings
- Maintain organized, audit-ready financial records
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data
- Support budgeting and cash flow tracking as needed
Qualifications
- 5 years of bookkeeping experience, ideally in a senior or lead capacity
- Proficiency in QuickBooks required
- Strong understanding of GAAP and standard bookkeeping practices
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Strong communication skills
