Benefit Meals is looking for a dependable and friendly Store Associate to help provide an excellent and helpful experience for our customers. We're currently hiring for both full-time and part-time positions, with weekend availability strongly preferred, as weekends are some of our busiest times.
We are a locally based meal preparation company that specializes in healthy, proportioned meals for our customers. Our front end works as a grab-n-go section where our customers pick out meals and our store associate will ring them out.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers when they arrive at our store
- Answer questions about our meals and products
- Process customer purchases using our POS system
- Restock customer-facing coolers and retail displays throughout the day
- Help plate meals
- Wash dishes and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Assist with light kitchen preparation and other small kitchen tasks as needed
- Help maintain cleanliness in both the front of the store and kitchen areas
- Work as a team to provide an exceptional customer experience
Qualifications
- Customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required
- Preferred kitchen/restaurant experience
- Friendly, outgoing personality with good communication skills
- Comfortable learning and operating a POS system
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Willingness to work weekends (highly preferred)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
Schedule:
We are hiring for multiple schedules and can accommodate high schoolers who need to work afternoon/evening hours after school.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
