Financial Advisor – Benefit Management
Lincoln, Nebraska | Full-Time
Benefit Management is seeking a motivated Financial Advisor to join our growing team in Lincoln, Nebraska. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience in financial services or a recent graduate with a strong academic background who is eager to build a career in financial planning and wealth management.
At Benefit Management, we operate as a team-based advisory practice, giving new advisors the opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals while building their own client relationships. Our firm provides extensive marketing and business development support, creating opportunities for advisors to meet with existing clients, employer retirement plan participants, and prospective clients through established referral networks.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with Corporations, individuals and families to discuss financial planning and wealth management strategies
- Assist in developing comprehensive financial plans for clients
- Work collaboratively with senior advisors on client relationships and planning opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects
- Participate in meetings with employer retirement plan participants and referral partners
- Continue developing knowledge of financial markets, planning strategies, and client solutions

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field

- Insurance and securities licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic
Compensation
- Salary bonus/commission structure
- Total compensation range: $55,000 – $125,000 depending on experience
