Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience may be considered. 7–9 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field. Experience partnering with senior leaders to craft and deliver high-impact communications. Experience managing an intranet and/or content platforms (strategy, governance, and publishing). Experience developing employee events (e.g., All Hands/Town Halls), including content development and production support, preferred. Comfort with analytics and measurement to improve communications effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
Communications
- Develop and execute an internal communications strategy that optimizes channels and increases engagement across a hybrid, geographically distributed workforce.
- Partner with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to create clear, audience-specific communications plans.
- Lead internal communications planning meetings and drive on-time delivery of employee communications.
- Own and maintain the internal editorial and publishing calendar, including supporting tools.
- Write, edit, design, and publish a weekly global newsletter.
- Create communications toolkits for global markets to enable consistent, on-brand messaging.
- Support Global Town Halls and Worldwide All Hands, including technical production and run of show.
- Identify, curate, and amplify stories that bring our company DNA, culture, people, and products to life.
- Lead the design and rollout of a global intranet that informs, connects, and inspires teams worldwide.
- Own ongoing intranet governance, ensuring content is accurate, current, and easy to find.
- Track, analyze, and share reporting on internal communications performance and effectiveness.
- Partner with the Director, Global People Experience to manage the global people experience calendar (holidays, closures, employee events, and activations).
- In collaboration with the VP, Global People Strategy & Programs and the Director, Global People Experience, help shape employer brand messaging that articulates our purpose and employee value proposition.
- Support planning and execution of internal events and engagement experiences, including House of Benefit activations and the Global Leadership Conference.
- Build and diversify a bench of internal spokespeople, amplifying a variety of voices consistently.
- Contribute ideas and support execution of employee engagement activities with the People Experience team.
- Partner with the global Executive Assistant team to maintain a worldwide calendar of annual meetings and events and align key communications touchpoints.
- Spot opportunities to amplify news across channels, monitor internal feedback, and stay informed on local, industry, and competitor updates.
