We’re Benefit Cosmetics, and we’re all about making beauty radically feel good. Since 1976, we’ve been dreaming up unexpected answers to unmet beauty needs by producing iconic products like Benetint, The POREfessional, BADgal BANG!, and probably every brow product in your bag (what can we say, we are the world’s #1 brow brand, after all). We’re a global brand in more than 60 countries, with thousands of Brow Bars, Boutiques, and Beauty Experts bringing our joyful approach to life every day. As part of the LVMH Group, we pair prestige power with our indie spirit, and we’re just getting started. If you’re ready to bring the energy and help make laughter the best cosmetic, you’re in the right place!
We're always excited to hear from great people, even when we're not actively hiring. This posting is not for a current open position — it's an open invitation for candidates interested in future opportunities at our Boutique locations to get on our radar. That said, submitting your information isn't a formal job application, and it doesn't create an employment relationship or guarantee a response. We review submissions on an ongoing basis, and if a role comes up that feels like a great fit, we'll be in touch!
We appreciate your interest and encourage you to check our career page for active openings:
