Education/License/Experience Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN Preferred
- Current state registered nurse license required.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification or able to obtain within 90 days of hire.
- Five years of recent cardiology experience (i.e. critical care nursing, cath lab, emergency room, etc.) preferred.
- Knowledge of basic dysrhythmias to recognize abnormal data and other diagnostic testing results requiring physician notification.
- Prefer experience with a variety of manufacturer’s products, but not required.
- Proficient at all Windows application systems Proficient in all aspects of computer and software programs, i.e. Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point and the Internet.
