Quality Control Lab Technician
Area: Springboro / South Dayton Area
Shift: 2nd
Job Summary:
- Perform quality testing on raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products
- Accurately document test results using LIMS systems and Microsoft tools
- Investigate non-conforming or unexpected results and support root cause analysis
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Generate Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and ensure proper labeling of materials
- Support product development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment
Requirements:
- General lab knowledge or exposure (school, internship, or work)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Trainable, coachable, and open to a structured learning environment
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug test
