Role Overview

The Machine Packer prepares finished machines for shipping by wrapping, boxing, and protecting equipment to meet customer and safety standards. When there are no machines to pack—or when large orders require extra help—you will also be trained in electro-mechanical assembly and will work on the assembly line as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Pack finished machines using styrofoam, saran wrap, and boxes, ensuring each unit is secure for shipment
• Assist on the assembly line when packing work is light or when large orders require extra support
• Be ready to learn assembly tasks quickly; training is hands-on, and team members are expected to become comfortable with the process within the first few days
• Read and follow work instructions, verify parts, and maintain quality standards
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift

• Mechanical aptitude—comfortable with hand and power tools and able to learn machine assembly
• Quick learner who shows steady progress in training
• Reliable team player who follows instructions and works safely
