The Staffing Coordinator monitors schedules, works with budgets and identifies patterns. As a Staffing Coordinator, it will be critical to create impactful relationships with the team to ensure appropriate scheduling at all times for the safety and well-being of our residents. #Scheduling #teamwork
Responsibilities
- The Staffing Coordinator develops schedules and maintains facility budgeted hours.
- The Staffing Coordinator performs timecard audits and edits as necessary.
- The Staffing Coordinator documents and communicates attendance concerns to management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
