The Rehabilitation Aide is responsible for the department’s administrative duties, including scheduling appointments for patients, filing, and drafting correspondence.
Communicates to IDT, providers, insurance, and families regarding patient updates as needed. Submits and tracks insurance information and manages the therapy department’s documents and charts. Assists therapists with transports, setting up equipment, and provides assistance with patient care while under direct supervision.
