Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research licensing requirements- new or updated instructions, forms, and attachments. Obtain clarification from the state regulator, if necessary
- Assist with preparation of license applications for TPA, PBM, Pharmacy, etc
- Track deadlines, expiration dates, and renewal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in company databases and systems.
- Process notifications to regulatory agencies, licensing boards, and vendors.
- Monitor compliance requirements and ensure timely completion of licensing activities.
- Perform data entry, and quality checks to ensure record accuracy.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1 years of experience in administration, customer service, licensing, compliance, credentialing, healthcare administration, insurance, operations, or a related field preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with databases, document management systems, or regulatory records is a plus.
