OVERVIEW
As a Fragrance Sales Associate at Beneash Specialty, your primary focus is delivering an engaging, sales-driven customer experience in a specialty fragrance retail environment. You’ll confidently guide customers through our curated selection, identify their preferences, and provide tailored recommendations that lead to meaningful sales.
This is an interactive, customer-facing role that requires initiative, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently during your shift. Successful associates are comfortable initiating conversations with customers and confidently guiding them through fragrance discovery toward the right selection.
CLIENT ENGAGEMENT & SALES EXECUTION
- Proactively welcome and engage customers as they enter the store
- Guide customers through fragrance discovery using tester strips and scent comparisons
- Recommend fragrances based on customer preferences and scent profiles
- Maximize each interaction through thoughtful upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain a polished and organized sales floor and fragrance presentation
- Accurately operate the POS system and complete transactions efficiently
