Key Responsibilities
- Clean, package, and sterilize dental instruments using autoclaves and ultrasonic cleaners
- Maintain a highly organized sterilization area at all times
- Break down and reset operatories after procedures
- Follow all infection control and sterilization protocols
- Track instruments and supplies and report needs proactively
- Support the clinical team by keeping instruments ready and workflows efficient
- Provide backup chairside support as needed when the primary assistant is unavailable
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (very important)
- Experience in dental preferred, but not required
- Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic English communication skills required
