Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator is an in office position that works collaboratively with Bendon sales managers in maintaining current sales programs by receiving customer orders, checking inventory status and coordinating shipping with Bendon’s various fulfillment centers. The Sales Coordinator is instrumental in assuring focused and productive communication with the sales managers, customers, and fulfillment centers. Individuals with high attention to detail thrive in this role. This position reports to the Operational Sales Support Manager. Job Duties
- Assists in maintaining sales programs and keeping customers informed about services, prices, and new products.
- Assist in the preparation of sales meetings by gathering samples and preparing any additional materials at the request of the Sales Managers.
- Support the sales team with tracking and reporting Bendon sales for assigned customers.
- Assist in managing customer specific production and help to resolve any issues.
- Conducts investigation into customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain and follow logistics of entire order process, through warehouse fulfillment to arrival at customer location.
Job Specifications & Qualifications:
- Associates degree in business-related field.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel including ability to sort, filter and create pivot tables
- 1 year of experience in an accounting or customer service role preferred
- Strong organization skills with attention to detail. Must be able to prioritize work and problem solve
- Ability to communicate effectively, written and verbally, with all levels in the organization.
- Exceptional Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
