We have immediate openings for Maintenance Technicians on:
Bendix provides tools and a roll-away toolbox for each maintenance technician to utilize while on the job. We also provide uniforms, safety equipment, all necessary personal protective equipment required to perform duties at work. Bendix has a reimbursement program for safety shoes as well.
For those seeking to advance themselves, we offer tuition reimbursement for industrial maintenance classes taken, as well as on the job training opportunities. There are also opportunities for career advancement within the Maintenance Organization at our multi-building Huntington campus.
We offer starting wages from $25.70 – $34.30, depending on experience and test results. Shift premiums $1.00/hour for 2nd shift. Potential annual bonus up to $2000.

The anticipated wage scale for candidates who will work in Huntington, IN is $25.70 to $34.30 per hour. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry and education. Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems is a multi-state employer, and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations. Provided they meet all eligibility requirements under the applicable plan documents, employees (and their eligible dependents) will be eligible to enroll in group healthcare plans that offer medical, dental, vision, and basic life and disability insurance. Employees also will be able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive 80 hours of vacation leave. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays, and 2 personal holidays throughout the calendar year, subject to relevant terms outlined in the employee handbook. 6 weeks of paid parental leave will also be available for use. Requirements for these benefits will be controlled by applicable plan documents and policies. Employees working on federal contracts covered by the Federal Paid Sick Leave requirements will be notified and will receive benefits consistent and compliant with the FPSL requirements.
