This role will be responsible for the general office phone line, by directing callers to appropriate departments, greeting individuals entering the building, and organizing incoming and outgoing mail. This position will provide front office support to Benderson Developments Corporate HQ. This role will be responsible for the general office phone line, by directing callers to appropriate departments, greeting individuals entering the building, and organizing incoming and outgoing mail. This role will also provide clerical support to other departments throughout the company.
Principle Duties And Responsibilities
- Greet guests and personnel in the office; Grant them access to the building and notify appropriate personnel of visitors.
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to appropriate departments. Maintain a detailed understanding of the company’s organizational structure.
- Open, sort, and distribute daily incoming USPS mail. Assist employees with outgoing mailing, including creating postage, sealing envelopes, and preparing certified mail.
- Monitor and distribute incoming package deliveries.
- Process and prepare outgoing shipments using UPS WorldShip Program. Create accurate address labels and prepare packages for pickup and shipment.
- Maintain and order office supplies.
- Keep reception area clean and well organized. Maintain conference rooms and kitchen areas.
- Organize and manage conference room calendars. Facilitate luncheons and corporate office meetings.
- Performs general office work such as document preparation, filing, and coordinating with outside vendors. Assists other departments with clerical duties as needed.

- Monday through Friday
- Full-Time/Part Time Employee
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- High level of attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of MS Office & Microsoft Teams preferred.
- 2 years experience in an office environment or customer service preferred.
- Normal dexterity required in an office environment including hand-eye coordination, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, standing, alertness (attention to detail), and answering phones.
- May require lifting of boxes weighing up to 25 pounds to obtain filed information
