Are you creative, organized, and passionate about storytelling through social media?
We’re looking for a Social Media Content Specialist to join our marketing team and help bring our brand’s personality to life online!
As our Social Media Content Specialist (SMCS), you’ll work closely with our Marketing Coordinator to plan, create, and manage content across all major platforms — Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You’ll play a key role in keeping our audience engaged, informed, and inspired.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and create engaging social media content that reflects our brand’s voice and values.
- Build and maintain content calendars for each platform — keeping posts scheduled and ready at least 2 weeks in advance.
- Capture and edit photos or videos (or find the perfect vendor content) to complement your posts.
- Monitor messages, comments, and customer interactions — responding in a friendly, professional way that aligns with our Core Values.
- Stay alert for “stories to tell” — whether that’s live moments, customer highlights, or behind-the-scenes content.
- Review analytics to learn what’s working and use that insight to grow reach and engagement.
- Maintain and care for company photography and videography equipment.
- Participate in weekly marketing meetings and be open to collaboration, feedback, and growth opportunities.

- A creative thinker who enjoys writing captions, capturing visuals, and connecting with people online.
- Organized and proactive — you love planning ahead but can also jump on spontaneous content opportunities.
- Detail-oriented with an eye for brand consistency and professionalism.
- Eager to learn, take feedback, and continuously improve.
Pay & Growth
- Starting pay: $15/hour
- Performance-based raises: $1/hour increase each year for 5 years of above-satisfactory performance.
- Commitment: We’re seeking someone ready to grow with us — ideally for at least 5 years.
