Do you have a passion for retail, products, and creating an exceptional shopping experience? Are you someone who enjoys balancing creativity with analytics? We’re looking for a Retail Buyer to join our purchasing team and help drive the success of our merchandise assortment.

As a Buyer, you’ll be responsible for selecting products, managing inventory, analyzing performance, and building strong vendor relationships. Your decisions will directly impact our customers’ experience and the success of our business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and purchase merchandise assortments
• Analyze sales, inventory, and market trends
• Build and maintain vendor relationships
• Negotiate pricing and purchasing opportunities
• Manage inventory levels and product performance
• Travel to markets and vendor appointments as needed
• Partner with marketing and store leadership on promotions and product launches
• Monitor key performance metrics including sales, margin, inventory turns, and sell-through

Qualifications

• Buying, merchandising, retail management, or related experience preferred
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent organization and time management
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Passion for retail and understanding customer needs
• Ability to be flexible and adapt in a fast-paced environment
