Bender Group is a third-party warehouse logistics service provider. We are searching for a qualified Operations Warehouse Manager to help lead and manage in our Antioch/Nashville Warehouse.
The qualified individual will be entrusted with significant responsibility within our multi-client, 3PL distribution center operation, overseeing certain functions like safety, employee engagement, customer service, inventory, profit & loss, quality, facilities and equipment, facility layout, production standards, care of customers’ goods, and regulatory & compliance.
The chosen candidate will demonstrate expertise in a variety of warehouse logistics concepts, practices, and procedures; will rely on extensive experience, leadership and judgment to plan and accomplish goals; active engagement and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
The position requires a well-rounded individual with a broad set of skills and unique temperament with the composure necessary for effective multitasking and the sense of urgency required to execute high volumes of work in a limited time-frame.
