Seeking an Associate Technical Project Manager to support and lead IT projects through all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role is ideal for someone with formal project management experience who enjoys working collaboratively in an Agile environment to deliver technology solutions that drive business results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, coordinate, and track IT projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Partner with business owners and technical teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Support Agile ceremonies and project activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Develop and maintain project documentation such as schedules, risk logs, action items, and status reports.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure adherence to established project management standards and SDLC practices.
- Build positive relationships with business partners, team members, and vendors to ensure successful outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years of formal IT project management experience.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and MS Project (or other project tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps).
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry.
- PMP or Agile certification (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP).
