Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Designers and Creative Directors to translate product vision, business goals, and user needs into thoughtful design solutions
- Collaborate with UX Researchers to interpret insights, apply findings, and evolve designs based on user feedback
- Work closely with Product Managers to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure design aligns with product strategy
- Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes for complex, data-driven workflows
- Present UX and UI work clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback in a professional, constructive manner
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible, well-documented, and implemented with quality
- Work effectively with both internal and external execution teams across disciplines
- Contribute to and help maintain design systems, patterns, and standards to ensure consistency across the platform
- Participate in design critiques and reviews, clearly articulating design decisions and rationale
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, technical constraints, and evolving requirements
- 0-2 years of experience designing digital products, platforms, or complex applications
- Strong foundation in UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
- Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and collaborative workflows
- Ability to translate ambiguity into clear, user-centered design solutions
- Genuine excitement and usage of AI tools and a willingness to explore how they can accelerate and elevate design—from ideation and research synthesis to rapid prototyping and workflow efficiency.
- Comfort collaborating across disciplines and incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly and confidently
- Experience working with or contributing to a design system
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices
- Experience partnering closely with engineering teams in agile or iterative environments
