What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Superintendent position at Bend-Redmond Habitat for Humanity?
At Bend-Redmond Habitat for Humanity, we know that opportunity starts with a home. We're looking for a people-first leader to join our team as a Construction Superintendent — someone who believes in the power of community and knows how to bring people together to build more than just walls and roofs. This isn’t your average construction job. As our superintendent, you'll be out on the build site every day, working side-by-side with future homebuyers, volunteers, and subcontractors — guiding construction from the ground up while nurturing a culture of inclusion, safety, and shared purpose. You’ll be a key member of our construction leadership team, helping us grow smarter and build better — offering practical insights to reduce material costs and improve our impact. And while tools and timelines matter, the real measure of success is the strength of the partnerships you build and the pride you inspire in others. If you're someone who can lead with humility, adapt with creativity, and uphold the highest standards — all while modeling Habitat’s mission in action — we’d love to build with you.
