This is a full-time on-site role located in Bend, OR. The Landscape Operations Manager will oversee daily nursery and landscaping operations, manage and schedule teams, and ensure timely completion of landscaping projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, enhancing operational efficiency, maintaining inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the manager will ensure adherence to safety standards, monitor project budgets, and foster a productive work environment.
- Strong knowledge in landscaping, horticulture, and nursery operations
