About the Role
As a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) in our ER/ICU department, you will play a critical role in stabilizing and treating emergency patients while supporting our doctors and nursing team in a fast-paced environment.
Technicians at BAE are trusted to use their full skill set and are encouraged to grow clinically and professionally.
Responsibilities include:
- Emergency triage and patient stabilization
- Advanced nursing care for hospitalized ICU patients
- Anesthesia monitoring and procedural support
- Venipuncture, catheter placement and laboratory diagnostics
- Quality and kind client communication and compassionate patient care
- Collaboration with doctors and technicians during critical cases
What We’re Looking For
- Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, or RVT)
- Interest or experience in emergency or critical care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for patient care and continuous learning
Emergency experience is a plus, but we are happy to train motivated technicians who want to grow and explore emergency medicine.
Compensation & Benefits
- $25–$32/hr depending on experience
- Shift differentials for weekend and overnight shifts
