Duties
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Support residents during social activities, outings, and community engagement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties and adhering to infection control standards.
- Implement personalized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
Benefits:
- Competitive starting wage: $18.00–$22.08/hour
- Wage cap: $29.84/hour
- Raises every 6 months for the first 2 years, then annually (until capped)
- Paid training (12 hours annually)

Schedule:
- Set schedules available for full-time and part-time
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Experience or genuine interest in supporting adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in a respectful, community-focused setting
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required
