Duties

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Support residents during social activities, outings, and community engagement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties and adhering to infection control standards.
• Implement personalized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.

Benefits:

• Competitive starting wage: $18.00–$22.08/hour

• Wage cap: $29.84/hour

• Raises every 6 months for the first 2 years, then annually (until capped)

• Paid training (12 hours annually)

Schedule:

• Set schedules available for full-time and part-time

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years old

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

• Experience or genuine interest in supporting adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in a respectful, community-focused setting

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.08 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
