Benco is looking for experienced, energetic, reliable Direct Support Professional candidates to work with adult individuals with intellectual and development disabilities in their home and in the community.

Benco is hiring full-time and part-time Direct Support Professionals. Benco considers 30 hours per week full-time.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license and good driving record is required.
Wages and Raises
Starting wage range is $18.00/hr.-$22.08/hr. DOE. Cap $29.84/hr.
Benco offers raises every 6 months for the first 2 years and annually thereafter if the employee has not reached the cap for that position. Raises are: 3% 6-months, 5% 1-year, 3% 1.5-years, 5% 2-years and 6% thereafter until the cap is reached for that position. Cap is $29.84/hr.
Benefits
Benco offers medical, vision and dental benefits to employees who work at least 30 regularly scheduled hours per week. Benco offers paid vacation and sick time immediately upon hire. Retirement plan upon hire if working at least 10 regularly scheduled hours per week.
Benco offers the opportunity to apply for the National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP) credentialing. The program offers to elevate the status of Direct Support Professionals by improving practice standards, promoting system reform, and advancing their knowledge, skills, and values. Furthermore, offering the control to increase your wages as you complete each credentialing program if you have not reached the CAP for that position.
