Direct Support Professional:
Location: Benco | Corvallis, OR
Starting Wage: $18-22.08hr. (Based on experience/education)
Schedule: Full-time & Part-time available

We are hiring Direct Support Professionals to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Benco is looking for someone who is excited to work with the residents and bring positiveness to their everyday lives.
What You'll Do
· Work positively with coworkers, residents, families, and community partners.
· Support resident rights, privacy, independence, and community involvement.
· Assist residents with daily living needs, personal care, appointments, and activities.
· Help maintain a clean, safe, and supportive home environment.
· Administer medications and follow care plans, policies, and state regulations.
· Complete required documentation and reports accurately and on time.
· Safeguard resident and program finances.
· Attend required meetings and trainings.
· Assist with lifting and transfers as needed (up to 60 lbs.)
· Participate in on-call/pager rotation as required.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Preferred:
- Experience working in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) field.
