We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients by performing installations, maintenance, and repairs on various electrical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to work independently in diverse environments.
Duties
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment at client sites.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues to ensure efficient operation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies while on-site.
Experience
- Proven experience in electrical work, including familiarity with high voltage and low voltage systems.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as ohmmeters and ammeters.
- Experience on working on Forklift and Material Handling equipment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various field environments.
- Previous experience operating scissor lifts or similar equipment is a plus.
