The Technical Support Intern Will Perform a Combination Of
- Prepares laptops for deployment
- Performs Installs/Moves/Adds/Changes and break/fix activities in Pittston, PA
- Assists with Active Directory, Office365, and Windows administration
- Attends daily huddles with the Infrastructure and Tech Support teams
- Must be currently enrolled in a Northeast, PA Associate, Bachelor, or Graduate program majoring in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science and/or technical equivalent
- Minimum cumulative GPA 3.0 or higher
- Able to work up to 16 hours weekly
- Ability to work onsite as needed in Pittston, PA
