Position Summary:

As a Senior Business Analyst – Infor ERP, you’ll work with various stakeholders at different levels of the organization to assess business needs, and to prepare business requirements/specs/diagrams for the functional requirement and general scope of work tied to our ERP (Infor) functionality. This role also has responsibility for serving as a liaison between internal stakeholders and our development teams; helping to lead department projects and mentor lesser-experienced Business Analyst staff.

Do YOU Possess These Skills and Attributes?

· Background and working knowledge of ERP functionality and business process

· Strong understanding of technical capabilities to help solicit and drive discussion

· Strong understanding of data and how it moves between systems (mapping/integration)

· Ability to communicate effectively and to collaborate in a remote environment

· Familiarity with Agile and waterfall/hybrid methodologies

· Background in UML / Diagramming user stories and process flows

· Innovative thinker who can see the big picture and help coordinate problem solving efforts

Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?

• Experience with Infor M3 a huge plus, but not required
• Serve as a liaison for internal customers, stakeholders and the IT organization to provide business solutions to meet end-user needs
• Possess expertise in ERP and other larger systems (eCommerce, CRM, etc..) as well as an understanding of the IT organization’s systems and capabilities.
• Analyze business partner’s operations and processes to understand their current state and to determine opportunities which may automate processes and functions for continuous improvement.
• Translating high level business requirements into written requirements and UI mockups
• Knowledge of business requirements definition, analysis methodologies, and project management principles.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a multi-priority environment.
• Take ownership of work, overcomes obstacles and focuses on quality and solutions.
• Exhibit successful presentation and meeting facilitation skills.

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

• Education: Associate’s degree in Computer Systems or an equivalent education/experience, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience: 5-7 years in a progressive IT organization
