What you will have an opportunity to do: We are looking for a motivated, fun-loving, passionate steward to join our kitchen team. Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans utilizing a commercial dishwasher, as well as, by hand for specialty items Keep the dish pit area clean and organized by sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and taking out trash Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic working environment Work closely with the kitchen, restaurant and banquet staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of dishwashing and restock Assist with other kitchen duties as needed What are we looking for?
