Status: Full-time Availability: 3rd shift - overnight Payrate: $19.85 $1/hour overnight differential Location: Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center ESSENTIAL FUNTIONS Performs preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment throughout the hotel. Performs duty rounds by using daily checklists. Reports on and corrects noted problems. Identifies problems, initiates work orders, accomplished assigned work orders and does all necessary repairs. Maintain a safe, clean and efficient work space. Responsible for maintaining inventory of tools in use. Work in a safe manner including proper use of PPE and following safety protocols. Responsible for correct use of maintenance request system. Training provided. Assist with maintenance requests for other trades, as needed. Job Category: DUCareersinMaintenance What are we looking for? QUALIFICATIONS: One year experience in a similar job required. Ability to read and interpret property blueprints.
