About our property: What you will have an opportunity to do: OVERVIEW The Starter/Ranger is responsible for, during the months of May - October, professional guest interaction and will thrive in guest service, helpfulness, and kindness on the golf course. JOB DESCRIPTION Perform all duties in a professional manner Operate cart in a safe manner Monitor play on golf course Enforce course rules Flexibility to work a varied schedule due to business levels and industry demand. Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Give clear and concise directions to various locations in the resort Answer guest questions using excellent customer service skills Must be well groomed, with nametag on at all times while working on the property. Must be well-mannered, display a helpful attitude at all times, greet guests when encountered, show appreciation to the guest for being at the resort, show willingness to help guests and employees at all times. Provide assistance in other job classifications as determined necessary by immediate superior. What are we looking for? Customer service experience preferred. Must have good organization skills. Ability to communicate easily with members and guests. Must be able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs. Must be physically able to bend, stoop, and lift repeatedly throughout the day. Standing or walking for long periods of time may be required Position requires full attendance of scheduled hours Enthusiastic, outgoing attitude and personality, patient and non-combative Organized, able to work in a busy environment where the priorities are changing Maintain a neat and clean appearance Required to spend most of the time out Enthusiastic, outgoing attitude and personality, patient and non-combative Compensation: $15.50 - $15.50 Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
