Also responsible for trash removal from the kitchen. Status: Full-Time Availability: 2nd shift Payrate: $18 per hour Location: Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Load dishwasher with dirty dishes including plates, silverware and glasses. Follows proper scraping, sorting, and stacking procedures to minimize breakage. Stack and store dishes properly in their assigned areas. Clean walls as needed. Inspect and refill paper towels, and hand soap at all wash basins throughout the kitchen and in associate restrooms. Sweep and mop the kitchen during meal periods as needed and or as directed by a supervisor. Empties kitchen trash and takes to our property dumpster.
