Per Diem Physical Therapist

Location: WV Veterans’ Nursing Facility | Clarksburg, WV

Benchmark Therapies is looking for a Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our team at the WV Veterans’ Nursing Facility in Clarksburg.

This could be a great fit for a PT who enjoys working with older adults, values flexibility, and wants to provide thoughtful care in a supportive environment. You’ll have the opportunity to work with residents who have served our country while helping them maintain strength, mobility, safety, and independence.

This position offers flexible scheduling with no monthly minimum. We simply ask that per diem team members work at least once every six months to remain active on our roster.

What You’ll Do

• Complete physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, safety, and confidence
• Support residents in maintaining independence and quality of life
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the care team
• Collaborate with PT, OT, speech therapy, and interdisciplinary team members
• Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems
• Contribute to a positive and supportive therapy environment

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active West Virginia Physical Therapist license in good standing
• A genuine interest in working with older adults
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented approach
