Make a Meaningful Impact as a Full-Time Physical Therapist
Location: Kirkland Village | Bethlehem, PA
Looking for Something Different?
If you’re a Physical Therapist who believes great care starts with connection, but you’ve found yourself worn down by productivity pressure, rushed sessions, or “factory-style” care, you’re not alone.
At Benchmark Therapies, we’ve built something intentionally different. A place where quality still matters, clinicians are supported, and patient care doesn’t feel rushed or transactional.
We’re excited to welcome a Full-Time Physical Therapist to our team at Kirkland Village, a highly rated senior living community known for its personalized, resident-centered care.
We hear this often from new team members:
“I didn’t think therapy companies like this still existed.”
We’re proud to prove that they do.
What You’ll Do
This isn’t a place where you’re rushing from patient to patient. Here, you’ll have the time and support to connect, see progress, and feel proud of the care you’re providing.
You’ll also be part of a larger Benchmark team—meaning you’re never on an island. There are always people to collaborate with, learn from, and lean on.
What We Offer
If you’re ready for a role where you can do meaningful work, feel supported, and enjoy coming to work again, we’d love to talk!
