Role Description
The Regional Manager will oversee operations, manage teams, and ensure the execution of high-quality utility locating services in the Southeast Region. This full-time, on-site role involves managing compliance with safety regulations, optimizing operational efficiency, leading team performance, and fostering customer relationships. The Regional Manager will also be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of services to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising operational teams and promoting productivity
- Proficiency in utility locating processes, safety regulations, and damage prevention best practices
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and ensure excellent communication and service delivery
- Experience with process optimization, budget management, and performance metrics
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in managing operations in the utility or construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred
