Job Summary: The Spa Specialist (Esthetician) performs assigned services ensuring that all spa guests receive a spa experience that exceeds their expectations. What you will have an opportunity to do: Execute excellent, caring customer service skills when working with our guests A Waterleaf esthetician offers professional skincare analysis and provides guests with Skincare Treatments, Waxing, and Facials that promote the health and beauty of the skin. Familiarize and upsell current treatments and add-ons. Learn, recommend and sell our retail skincare products to our guests. Maintenance the treatment room back bar stock, including inventory Responsible for cleanup and sanitation of working treatment rooms. Participate in educational and technique training and collaborative team meetings Participating in Spa Events to promote Waterleaf Services Always maintain a professional appearance in the workplace and wear and properly maintain company provided spa uniform and nametag. Work with the highest integrity, following company policies and procedures Compensation: $16.66 per hour plus commission ranges from $43-$62 for facials. Add on services including waxing varies. Compensation averages to be $61 /hour plus tips What are we looking for? Current Licensed Esthetician. License must be updated every year prior to expiration to maintain employment.
