Responsibilities
- Enter and update data with a high level of accuracy
- Review records for completeness and consistency
- Organize and maintain spreadsheets and databases
- Follow project-specific procedures and confidentiality requirements
- Communicate progress and flag discrepancies or missing information
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with data entry, Microsoft suite including Word and Excel, use of Adobe
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Prior experience with policy, compliance, or administrative work is a plus
- 0-2 years of experience, including relevant internships or coursework.
