Location: Chestnut Park at Cleveland Circle – Brighton, MA

Starting Wage: $16 per hour

Chestnut Park at Cleveland Circle is seeking an enthusiastic Activity Assistant to help plan and lead engaging programs that bring joy, purpose, and connection to our residents every day.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing daily programs and events.
• Lead one-on-one, small, and large group activities.
• Encourage residents to participate and stay active.
• Support residents’ emotional, physical, and social well-being.
• Help document participation and communicate resident needs.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; experience in senior living or recreation preferred.
• Creative, outgoing, and compassionate personality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge or interest in Memory Care and dementia preferred.
