Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Realtor based in Hendersonville, TN. The Realtor will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, providing exceptional customer service, showing properties, preparing contracts, managing real estate transactions, and staying up to date on local real estate market trends. Realtors at Benchmark Realty also work collaboratively with clients to ensure a seamless and productive experience for all parties involved.
Qualifications
- A valid Real Estate License is required
- Strong proficiency in Real Estate practices, Sales, and Real Property knowledge
- Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven ability to succeed in a sales-driven environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the local Nashville/Middle Tennessee real estate market is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
