This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist in Greenville, SC. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing a range of physical therapy interventions. Daily responsibilities include providing one-on-one patient care, monitoring progress, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure optimal recovery outcomes. Additionally, the Physical Therapist will educate patients and their families on post-care strategies and preventative measures to support long-term health and well-being.
- Expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques
- Strong knowledge of Medicine and Patient Care practices
- Experience with Home Care and creating personalized therapy plans
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build patient trust and foster connections
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of South Carolina or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site clinical environment
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program is preferred
- Specialized certifications in areas such as Manual Therapy or Orthopedic Physical Therapy are advantageous
